Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This is a plain-language template for a small direct-sales bookstore; please review it with legal counsel before launch.

Physical books

If your paperback or hardcover arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Unopened books in resellable condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Ebooks

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, ebook purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been used. If you had a technical problem downloading your ebook, contact us and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order number (it starts with “FP-”) and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
