Raised on cassette tapes, dive bars, and the loud chaos of Jane's Addiction, Anthony writes about the dangerous things ordinary men do for the people they love.

The story of The Fathers' Pact didn't start at a desk. It started at a campfire, on the south shore of Boston.
It's a love letter to a specific kind of brotherhood — the kind that doesn't need to be spoken. I wanted to explore what happens when the loyalty of your youth meets the heavy responsibilities of fatherhood. When an old promise resurfaces, how far would you go?
I grew up in the suburbs yet often found myself in the city.
I was born at St. Margaret's hospital in Boston and then grew up in Weymouth, MA.
I raised my kids in Hanover, MA where I also wrote this novel.
I found writing this book equal part cathartic, and exciting.
I am awfully proud of this story and to those who helped make it happen.
"Every man in this book is someone I drank with, lost, or buried. Every secret is one I've kept."
